This project, completed while I was at Richard Leggin Architects, was a speculative house for a local builder who purchases in=fill lots in established neighborhoods in the close-in Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC.  This house, therefore, needed to blend in to the surrounding neighborhood, both is style and scale.
