While working with Gilday renovations, we where asked to re-design an addition to a 1920's Tudor in the street car suburb of Chevy Chase Maryland on an existing foundation.  The design took advantage of the existing half-timbered vocabulary to seamlessly incorporate a two story bay window that also allowed the client to grab a few extra square feet for the living and master bedroom due to the property line setbacks that restricted the projection of the addition.
