The Project

This whole-house renovation and additions were completed while I was at Richard Leggin Architects.  I redesigned the existing two-story front porch by employing a more substantial classical order to compensate for the slender proportions of the 1960's original composition.  The mass of the house was broken down into components to help it step into the landscape and provide distinct outdoor spaces with views and access to the landscaped rear yard.
