South Riding, a new town development in Northern Virginia's suburbs, was a project designed while I was with Torti Gallas and Partners.  I provided zoning analysis and schematic designs for the Town Square with bandstand fronted the Library and Community Center.   Other neighborhoods where laid out along TND principles.
