I have worked with Parkwood Homes, a builder who specializes in Traditional Neighborhood Developments, for more than 20 years, providing schematic design, design development, and presentation drawings for their projects in suburban Maryland and Colorado TND's.  Their portfolio emphasizes 19th and early 20th century architectural styles for single-family houses, townhomes, and live-work units.  I work with them on individual house designs, streetscapes, and neighborhood plans.
